LVC Companies, Inc. is looking for a new Service Sales team member to join our growing company.  LVC has a polished and dedicated team of employees that work hard for a great product and excellent service. Our company culture is described as professional, team atmosphere and friendly. 

We are looking for a team member whose focus will be selling ongoing professional services, in the fire protection and integrated security systems industry. Use your business acumen, negotiation skills and passion for building relationships to maximize sales and profits within the Service department at LVC. We provide regulatory inspections, monitoring, repair and upgrade services to building protection and technology systems.  Our client base includes many Fortune 500,  Minnesota-based companies who occupy downtown hi-rise buildings , multi-building campuses and some of largest data centers in the state.

We need someone who is motivated and capable of helping us grow our employee-owned business; someone who is willing to follow up on leads and knock down doors to sell the best service team in town. Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of a company with groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals. 

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing a new client base and managing existing ones. With existing accounts, individuals' role will be focused on identifying additional services that LVC can provide through other divisions or branch locations.
  • Follow up on new sales leads and referrals resulting from field activity, which is continually growing and expanding.
  • Present and sell company products fire alarm inspections and integrated systems such as card access and video systems and updating services to existing and potential clients, including electrical contractors, general contractors, and end users
  • Responsible for development and management of National service accounts and projects;
  • Continued ongoing training in related fields.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Strong, proactive selling skills
  • A minimum of 2 years required
  • Proven track record of continually exceeding sales goals.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with strong knowledge of Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Ability to navigate major accounting software
  • Familiarity with CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong customer relations, communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to build business clientele, using proactive skills which may include social media, cold calling, and networking events.
  • Minimum educational background; Associates Degree
